Wayne Magnusen has 28+ years of geotechnical consulting experience in the Bay Area; his specialties include buildings, seismic retrofits, transportation infrastructure, landslide hazard/risk assessments, hazard/risk mitigation designs, ground support and geotechnical alternatives analyses.
Leeann Cobb has 30+ years of experience in office management, business operations management, and human resources. Leeann currently works as A3GEO's office and business manager.

His current responsibilities include managing and conducting geotechnical field investigations utilizing geotechnical borings, cone penetration tests, downhole geophysical testing, and geotechnical instrumentation.

Sarah Khosravani is a California-registered Professional Civil Engineer with a master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering and 7+ years of experience working on geotechnical and foundation engineering projects in Northern California and North America. Sarah’s project experience includes civil, infrastructure, pipeline/utilities, commercial and municipal buildings and transportation.

Dillon’s project experience includes infrastructure, pipeline/utilities, commercial and municipal buildings.

Joseph Huynh is certified as an Engineer-in-Training by the State of California, holds a master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering and has 5+ years of geotechnical engineering experience on the West Coast of the United States. His experience includes earthwork, utilities, pipelines, roads, bridges and buildings.
